At Servosys, I led the complete social media strategy — with a strong focus on LinkedIn. As the Super Admin, I was responsible for building the company’s digital presence. When I joined, social media posting lacked structure — content went live in an ad-hoc manner without a set schedule. I introduced a structured content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and a strategy that the whole team could follow.

Built a Social Media Calendar from scratch — categorized into:
- Tech Content: Product feature posts, case studies, solution insights, eBook snippets, newsletters, and blog highlights.
- Non-Tech Content: In-house events, announcements, onboarding, festive/holiday trends, and partnerships to boost employer branding.
Team Alignment:
- Assigned calendar tasks to different team members to ensure each person contributed to content creation, planning, or promotion.
- Improved internal collaboration and brought consistency to content flow.
Engagement Boost Tactics:
- Sent push notifications to employees to boost post reach and interaction.
- Followed and interacted with target company pages to increase visibility and credibility.
- Launched LinkedIn Live webinars, bringing in 100+ soft leads per session through expert-driven engagement.
Follower Growth & Optimization:
- Grew followers via both organic strategies and LinkedIn Follower Ads.
- Used targeting and content sequencing to ensure relevant and high-quality follower base.
