Adaptability is another trait I hold close. Marketing evolves rapidly, and with every three to four years bringing in new platforms and technologies, sticking to the old ways is no longer enough. I’ve always kept a learner’s mindset—attending events, participating in bootcamps, and constantly picking up new skills. A recent example was when Servosys needed someone to lead Sales Navigator as an admin. I not only took on the responsibility but also joined LinkedIn’s event and bootcamp to master the tool, ensuring our sales efforts moved closer to technology-driven outcomes.

At the core, I believe trust is what truly drives success. I prefer working with people I trust, and I aim to be that person others can rely on.
